As we begin to grow this beautiful center, we invite you to join us for our annual retreats when we explore mindfulness, compassion, and meditation. Participants enjoy dharma talks, mindful swimming in the Pacific Ocean, early morning yoga, tea ceremonies, walking meditations, and delicious vegetarian and vegan meals.
